What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, our payment provider. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. CloudScale Consulting is the seller of record and handles billing and any applicable taxes.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

What does "one WordPress site" mean?
Each $10/month licence covers installation on a single WordPress site, meaning one domain. If you run multiple sites you need a subscription for each. Staging or development copies of a licensed site are handled case by case at no extra charge. Just ask.

Are AI API costs included in the $10/month?
No. The subscription covers the plugin licence, support and updates. AI processing uses your own Anthropic or Google key and you pay those providers directly at their standard rates: about $0.10 per 100 posts for SEO AI Optimizer, and roughly $0.02 to $0.05 for a full Cyber & Devtools audit. If I cancel, do I lose my data?
