Pricing and billing, answered plainly.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    Payments are processed securely by PayPal, our payment provider. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. CloudScale Consulting is the seller of record and handles billing and any applicable taxes.

    Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

    What does "one WordPress site" mean?

    Each $10/month subscription covers the Managed AI service for a single WordPress site, meaning one domain. If you run multiple sites you need a subscription for each. Staging or development copies of a licensed site are handled case by case at no extra charge. Just ask.

    Are AI API costs included in the $10/month?

    Yes, within the fair-use allowance: the subscription is the AI capacity. If you would rather not subscribe, use your own Anthropic or Google key and pay those providers directly at their standard rates: about $0.10 per 100 posts for SEO AI Optimizer, and roughly $0.02 to $0.05 for a full Cyber & Devtools audit.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Yes. There is a 30 day money back guarantee on your first payment for any subscription. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will process a full refund. The Refund Policy has the detail.

    If I cancel, do I lose my data?

    No. Both plugins store all their data locally in your WordPress database. SEO metadata, audit history, analytics and settings stay on your server. The software keeps working with your own API key, and updates stay free; you lose the managed AI capacity, Active Vulnerability Verification and priority support.
