Refund Policy

1. 1. 30 day money back guarantee

   We offer a full refund on your first payment for any premium plugin subscription (SEO AI Optimizer or Cyber & Devtools) within 30 days of purchase.

   You do not need to provide a reason. Simply email us at [email protected] with your order reference or the email address used at checkout, and we will process the refund.

   The 30 day period begins on the date of your first payment for that subscription.

2. 2. How to request a refund

   To request a refund, send an email to:

   Please include:

   • The email address used at checkout
   • Your PayPal order reference (if you have it)
   • Which plugin the refund is for

   We aim to respond within one business day. Refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. 3. Renewals and subsequent months

   The 30 day guarantee applies to your first payment only for each subscription. After the initial 30 day period:

   • You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
   • Pro rata refunds for partial months are not offered on renewal payments.
   • If a renewal charge occurs after you believe you cancelled, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund if appropriate.

4. 4. Free plugins

   Backup & Restore, Database Cleanup, and Site Analytics are provided free of charge. As no payment is taken, no refund policy applies to these products.

5. 5. AI API costs

   AI API charges incurred via your own Anthropic or Google API key are outside the scope of this refund policy. Those costs are billed directly by Anthropic or Google and are subject to their respective refund and billing policies.

6. 6. Consumer rights

   Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights to refunds or remedies under consumer protection legislation. This policy is in addition to, not in place of, your legal rights.

   For customers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Australia: you may have additional statutory cooling off rights which we honour in full.
